Welcome to Own Your Power by Gehena. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Own Your Power by Gehena. Own Your Power by Gehena operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Own Your Power by Gehena is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Own Your Power by Gehena offers digital products including self-paced video courses, journaling workbooks, guided meditations, and other downloadable wellness tools. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. Product descriptions, content, and features are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services purchased will meet your expectations beyond what is described in the product listing.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Own Your Power by Gehena reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Own Your Power by Gehena confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Own Your Power by Gehena may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy outlined in Section 6 of these Terms.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale, redistribution, or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable GST will be added at checkout where required.
SECTION 5 - DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products sold by Own Your Power by Gehena are digital in nature and are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and active email address at the time of purchase.
Own Your Power by Gehena is not responsible for non-delivery of digital products caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout, emails blocked or filtered by your email provider, or technical issues on your end. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@ownyourpowerbygehena.com and we will resolve it promptly.
SECTION 6 - REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day refund policy on self-paced courses only. If you have purchased a course and feel it is not right for you, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will process your refund.
Please note that all other digital products including journaling workbooks, guided meditations, bundles, and kits are strictly non-refundable due to their instant-access digital nature. Once these products are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
To request a refund on an eligible course, contact us at hello@ownyourpowerbygehena.com. Once your refund is approved, please allow your bank or credit card company a few additional business days to process and reflect the amount in your account.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@ownyourpowerbygehena.com and we will look into it immediately.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to courses, workbooks, meditations, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and design, is owned by Own Your Power by Gehena and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, resell, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.
Sharing login credentials, course links, downloadable files, or any purchased content with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Own Your Power by Gehena's name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Own Your Power by Gehena. You must not use such trademarks without prior written permission.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or representations of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from your use of any optional third-party tools.

The Services may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. If you choose to access third-party websites, you do so entirely at your own risk. Complaints or concerns regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the respective third party.

Own Your Power by Gehena is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Own Your Power by Gehena. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Own Your Power by Gehena. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Own Your Power by Gehena.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
