Why this work matters
I've spent years in leadership roles, leading teams across different disciplines. What I saw again and again was this: Capable women don't struggle because they lack intelligence or ambition. They struggle because they don't back themselves.
The confidence gap is real. And it starts on the inside.
My work addresses it at the root — through journaling, meditation, visualization and art therapy, grounded in psychology and neuroscience. Not because these tools sound impressive. Because they create shifts that actually last.
